Dare-Bingo Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Dare-Bingo collects, how private game data is used, and how SSO/email sign-in works.

1. Information we collect
Dare-Bingo collects the information you provide directly to us, including your Player Name:, email address, password hash when you use email sign-in, linked SSO provider identity, profile photo, game submissions, evidence uploads, chat messages, social media uploads, invite requests, moderation events, and archived media permissions.
2. How we use information
We use your information to create and secure your account, verify email ownership or SSO sign-in, deliver private game invites by email, operate game boards, store evidence and chat media, enforce moderator actions, maintain archive permissions, and troubleshoot login events.
3. Who can see your data in the app
Other players see your Player Name:, profile photo, gameplay activity, and any evidence or chat media permitted by the game state and archive privacy rules. Players do not see other players' emails or SSO identities. System admins may see additional account, invite, and moderation details needed to operate and moderate the platform.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain account, moderation, and operational records as needed to run the service and investigate abuse. Archived game photos follow the in-product archive permission controls. When a player deletes their archive for a retired game, their archived photos from that game are no longer available to other players through the app. Account-level deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion Instructions.
5. Security
Dare-Bingo stores passwords as one-way hashes, uses signed HTTP-only session cookies, supports configured SSO providers, and limits access to game data according to system-admin, player, and archive-permission rules. No internet-facing system is perfectly secure, so you should use a unique password when using email sign-in and protect access to your email or SSO account.
