Dare-Bingo Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Dare-Bingo, including SSO/email accounts, private game invites, player-created content, and moderation controls.

1. Service overview
Dare-Bingo is a private, mobile-first web application for creating invite-only social bingo games with user-generated dares, proof uploads, voting, chat, archive review, and moderation controls.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address, SSO account, and Player Name: you provide, for keeping your password confidential when you use email sign-in, and for all activity that occurs under your account. System admins may approve, suspend, or remove platform access and game access.
3. Invite delivery
Dare-Bingo uses email for private game invites. Game invites also expose private URL and QR code artifacts that system admins can share directly. Keep invite links private because anyone with an active invite URL or QR code can start the registration or join flow.
4. User content and conduct
You retain responsibility for the text, photos, and videos you upload. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, invasive, or non-consensual content, impersonate another person, bypass moderation controls, scrape private game data, or attempt to access games without authorization.
5. Private games, invites, and archives
Game invites are private and expire after 72 hours. A valid game invite fast-tracks a verified or SSO-signed user into that specific game, while accounts created from the login screen still wait for system-admin ecosystem approval. Archive visibility for retired games depends on each player's archive-permission choices and deletion actions.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, games, or content when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to abuse, or maintain service integrity. System admins retain platform-wide and game-specific moderation authority and may override certain gameplay or archive controls when moderation requires it.
7. Disclaimers and limits
Dare-Bingo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, email delivery, or permanent retention of user content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dare-Bingo and its operators disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
